Adult Program
As a Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited program, The Frazer Center Adult Day Services provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities, ages 18 and over, and their families. Education, work training, and recreation opportunities are offered in either the Vocational Skills track or the Life Skills track, based on individual interests, needs and abilities. An Individual Service Plan is created for each participant to track improvement and maximize potential.
Vocational Skills
The goal of The Frazer Center's Work Experience Program is to help participants attain optimal vocational potential by improving work skills, behaviors and understanding of the value and purpose of work.

Life Skills
The Frazer Center's Life Skills Program teaches appropriate behavior and essential daily living skills by providing choices and opportunities, along with real-life obstacles, to help participants become as independent as possible. The Life Skills Program offers the following classes:
- Relaxation & Sensory Awareness
- Enhancing and stimulating the senses
- Community Awareness
- Increasing the ability to utilize community resources
- Count Down
- Learning the value of financial resources
- Daily Living Skills
- Improving the skills needed to increase independency
- Cultural Arts
- Increasing exposure and the opportunity to experience the arts
Horticultural Skills
- 46 adults participate weekly
- Teaches basic plant skills

Recreation

Computer Skills
Simple C is a computer company that is developing software to enhance computer skills and Internet access for the elderly and disabled adults. Classes are held weekly and 20 adults have participated in the program.
Creativity
The adult program encourages adults to develop creative interests and talents. We have adult participants who have sold their artwork and have published their writings including a poetry book.
